- What is the pricing, fees and payment process?
- Project pricing can vary greatly and is determined at the time of estimate. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin a project. It MUST be obtained at the time of the signing of the contract and before any work will commence. Depending on the size of the project, there may be a mid-project payment necessary of 25% with the final 25% due IN FULL at the completion/deliverable of a project. We accept payment in the form of cash, cheque or electronic fund transfer,
- I need something designed urgently. Can you help me?
- We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee may be added. Email us to find out.
- How will I receive the finished design?
- Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all files via Email or Cloud Storage. For print jobs, you will also receive high-resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.
- Can I have a look at your past works?
- Surely, here’s our portfolio. You can always contact us with your queries.
- I am from another country. Will I be eligible to avail your services?
