FAQ

What is the pricing, fees and payment process?
Project pricing can vary greatly and is determined at the time of estimate. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin a project. It MUST be obtained at the time of the signing of the contract and before any work will commence. Depending on the size of the project, there may be a mid-project payment necessary of 25% with the final 25% due IN FULL at the completion/deliverable of a project. We accept payment in the form of cash, cheque or electronic fund transfer,
I need something designed urgently. Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee may be added. Email us to find out.
How will I receive the finished design?
Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all files via Email or Cloud Storage. For print jobs, you will also receive high-resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.

I am from another country. Will I be eligible to avail your services?
It really doesn’t matter which country you belong to or which time zone you fall into. We will be available to provide our services to you. We are working with different nationalities. We are available 24/7.
